Ghajini is one of the most highly anticipated movies of the decade, remake of a superhit which was the remake of a hollywood classic, this started gaining attention when it was announced, the real deal started when Aamir Khan fresh from the success of Taare Zameen Par made his appearence with the trendy buzz cut, followed by Ipl appearence and his regular digs at “good friend” Shahrukh. After the announcement of Ghajini everyone got to see the new and improved media friendly Aamir Khan and his fans were finally getting what they had been starving for from years.  As Ghajini is only a week away before it hits the theaters no one has doubts that the opening week will be recordbreaking, so is it really the star power of the mighty Khan or all the gimmicks before the release? Welcome to Sajjanpur is a delightful comedy, kudos to the writer director for making this movie!

Watching Shreyas in a lead role after a while is a treat, given the right oppurtunities this guy will end up being a legendary actor, he portrays emotions with such ease and is the one to watch out for. Amrita Rao is very effective and the camera loves her. Overall all the performances in the movie are top notch.

However the music could have been better, no music would have worked just fine, maybe it’s just because the viewer is so desperate to see what happens next.

Film-makers like Anees Bazmi, Priyadarshan and Sajid Khan who get crores of money to waste on showing long legs and cleavage should take a lesson from this movie to understand that clean humorous movies can be made with a modest budget.

This hasn’t happened the first time in Shahrukh’s career has he was also accused to trying to kill Rakesh Roshan in the 90’s when Hrithik became an overnight star with his debut movie “Kaho Na Pyar Hay”.

Shahrukh Khan has been the top star of bollywood for 16 years but now with all the top stars of bollywood chasing him and trying to pull him down, Shahrukh has been mantaining silence and working on his next release “Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi” and home production “Billoo Barber”. After the release on the record breaking Om Shanti Om Shahrukh was flooded with offers from Shanker, the very talented Raju Hirani, friend Karan Johar and Farhan Akhtar to star in their respective films but things couldnt work out with Shankar, Shahrukh had to disappoint Raju Hirani once again after ’Munna Bhai’ as he couldnt do his film because of differences with the producers, with the cream of the crop wanting to work with him it is certain that he has alot of years of sucess in him and alot of years for his haters to prove that this is the end of the reign on the forever King of Bollywood.
