The Hit Jodi Is Back- Akshay Kumar & Katrina Kaif for Ramana remake !


They did not do one or two but five films together and each one of them made money at the ticket counter. Three of them, Namastey London, Welcome and Singh Is Kinng, were money- spinners. This hit pair, which has not done a film together since 2009, will finally be sharing the screen once more. The person who brought this hit jodi together – Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif – is none other than Shabina Khan, whose maiden venture Rowdy Rathore was a money-spinner at the box office.

The said film is, once again, a remake of South film, Ramanna (Tamil), which was remade in Telugu as Tagore. The director is yet to be finalised. This film is expected to go on the floors in October 2013.

      Tango ji—I didn’t liked the music….
      Only liked GORE MUKHDE PE(very good song) rest are Average..!!

      Feedback is mixed….those who like massy numbers are not liking it others are liking it(along with video like dhar pakkad )..!!

    Thanks for your honest feedback.

    Let me confess that when I first heard the music of ‘Hera Pheri’, I found it shockingly boring, except for the first song “Jab Bhi Koi Hasena”, but the rest , as they say is history..

    I thought “Denewala Jab Bhi”, “Humba Leela” kya hai yeh sab?

    i havent heard any song so far apart from Dhar pakad video trailer …

    Actually i loved it . it goes with theme of the movie ..

    First promo was evoked mixed reaction from me . But dhar pakad promo instilled confidence in me abt the movie

    Yeah I also loved Dhar Pakad song as well as video and Hype of movie is decent withOut Any big Promotion but this One is depend Upon Class Audience , Movie should be Trended as OMG!

    Earth shaker—as for buzz these types of movies don’t require Promotions more than 1week..!!
    whether u promote them for 2 months or 1 week the Audience will remain the same (+-10%)..

    Opening of S26 will be good if not great.. and acc. to me it will open in around 2000 screens..!!

      It is easily possible. four movies in 2013 and four movies in 2014.
      But one thing is all movies of all superstars look big before release. You never know which of them flops.
      Right now we can only guarantee that OUTIMA n Thuppaki will be superhit/ blockbuster and Housefull 3 will be superhit/ hit. Others can’t say.

        Yeah Yaar Its Possible 4 movies/year but what’ll ‘he/Producers’ get from that movie? ,Mean all 4 movies in year not performed as Opening is Concerned, which we have seen back as K786.
        And Sure the linedUp movies are looking very Promissing, if these scheduled right time , Then may be Mony spiner at BO.

    bro keeping in mind the Akshay sir track record of 3-4 movies each year(for the last 5 years except 2008)……..u don’t know which may release in 2014 or 2015(so put them in 2014) :)
    moreover by april-may Akshay sir wud finish Boss , OUATIMA and 50-60% of thuakki remake…..so i don’t think he will sit idle for almost 6 months with just shooting rest 40% thuapkki …so atleast Ramanna remake and one other will also be shot in 2013..!!

    OK agree with some points dear which are You saying but After finished the schedule of movies ,he may starts KKK5 and lots of Promotion, Interviews activity . Thuppaki remake should be release in 2014. Lets see what happening !
