Since social networking has become so singnificant these days and that it has found importance in the Indian film and entertainment industry as well, I am starting a new series -“Twitter Tuesday”. Members are welcomed to add various bollywood and other happening tweets that they’d like to share. Every Tuesdays a new thread will be created. Today’s timeless song is ‘Main Zindagi Ka Saath Nibhaata Chala Gaya’ from the 1961 movie Hum Dono. Directed by Amarjeet, this film starred Dev Anand, Sadhana and Nanda. The music director is Jaidev, lyrics are by Sahir Ludhiyanvi and this song has been given voice by Mohammad Rafi.

You need a certain type of story telling and certain popular stars for films to score universally which is huge doubt for Matru Ki Bijlee Mandola. It can be safe said it will not do well in interiors and if it does do well it will be in the metro multiplexes.

The film was a success at the box office and it strengthened the choreographer- turned- director’s footings in tinsel town. No wonder that Prabhu will make Salman dance once again to his tunes. And this time on the actor’s telly show Bigg Boss 6 for its finale episode.
