Q. Which film has grossed more Overseas, Ra.One, Don 2 or Ek Tha Tiger.?
A. Don 2.
Q. How much business can Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola do as the music is good and with rural setting at least interiors will do will?
A. Just because its a rural setting it does not mean that it will do well interiors. You need a certain type of story telling and certain popular stars for films to score universally which is huge doubt for Matru Ki Bijlee Mandola. It can be safe said it will not do well in interiors and if it does do well it will be in the metro multiplexes.
Q. Which film will be the biggest hit of 2013?
A. It will be the film with the best content from the holiday releases. So the best film out of the Eid, Diwali and Christmas releases will come out on top

Prabhu Dheva made his foray into Bollywood as a director for Salman Khan’s Wanted. The film was a success at the box office and it strengthened the choreographer- turned- director’s footings in tinsel town. No wonder that Prabhu will make Salman dance once again to his tunes. And this time on the actor’s telly show Bigg Boss 6 for its finale episode.
A source says, “Prabhu and Remo D’Souza will appear on Sallu’s show to promote their upcoming dance film ABCD – Any Body Can Dance. Prabhu will shake a leg with Salman on some tracks from Wanted and will also be seen teaching the actor a few tricky steps.”

Few people know that Salman Khan and celebrity photographer Dabboo Ratnani have been friends ever since the actor was a model and the shutterbug a school student. And their friendship has stood the test of time, quite literally! It was during the making of Dabboo’s annual calendar that he wanted Sallu to grant him some time for the shoot. However, since December was an extremely busy month for the actor, the photographer was doubtful if he could get him to pose.
Dabboo says, “Salman’s Dabangg 2 was up for release. He was busy promoting his film apart from hosting his telly show. Taking time out could have been a problem.” However, when the photographer went to visit Salman at his Panvel farmhouse to discuss the concept of his shoot, the actor quite stumped him. “ He asked me if I wanted to shoot the very next day. We wrapped up the shoot in less than 30 minutes,” says Dabboo.
Dabangg 2 baddie Prakash Raj and his director Arbaaz Khan had a huge fall-out during the making of the film, so much so that Raj refused to dub for his scenes

Kareena has done it. So have Katrina and Deepika. Even Vidya Balan is no stranger to it. But Priyanka Chopra has decided to buck the trend. Dance numbers with raunchy lyrics and suggestive moves may be every heroine’s ticket to mass popularity, but PeeCee, who has done her bit of special songs in the past, has decided to stay away from them. And though she has agreed to film a special song in her own film Zanjeer, she has put in plenty of conditions. To begin with, music producer Bhushan Kumar will be personally supervising the track to ensure it doesn’t offend moral sensibilities of the actress or the public. Ganesh Acharya will be choreographing the number, with the rider that PeeCee can reject any section or the entire sequence if she so wants. Anand Raj Anand will be writing and composing the song, subject to Priyanka’s approval. A source close to the project said, “Priyanka doesn’t want a whiff of vulgarity in the words or dance movements. She wouldn’t like to be associated with anything remotely suggestive, especially now, when the country is seething with rage at the commoditisation of women in films. It’s a tall order but we see her point of view. Nowadays, one can’t be too careful. Also, we don’t want another Chikni Chameli or Fevicol. If Priyanka is doing her first special dance number, it would have to bear her unique stamp.” And that’s not all. The Zanjeer team is keen to have Priyanka sing the song in her own voice. However, the actress is bound by her singing contract in the US. “We’re trying. But she may not be able to sing in her own voice. In that case, she would want Alisha Chinai, who she feels sounds very similar to her,” said the source.

It’s been a while since Suniel Shetty was seen on the big screen, and as we catch up with the actor at his soon-to-be-launched interior decoration store, he reveals that the few-months break from Bollywood was to channelise on this new venture. “It’s Mana’s brainchild, her baby, I’m just helping her set it up. So, she’s been my employer for these past few months (laughs). But post-launch, I will be back to my films,” he says. And with as many as five films under his belt, including Shooter, it’s promising to be a busy year. In an exclusive tete-a-tete with After Hrs the star talks about this balancing act between films and business, and also shares the excitement of seeing daughter Athiya gearing up to step into Bollywood.
