Q. Will Dabangg 2 beat the all time record of Three Idiots?
A. Looking at the MG’s the film is fetching from exhibitors it seems like exhibitors expect Three Idiots to be crossed but its all based on hype and craze. So if the content is above average it will be the biggest grosser ever due to the huge start.
Q. Can any of the young actors like Ranveer Singh, Imran Khan, Ayushman Khurana, Arjun Kapoor etc challenge Ranbir Kapoor?
A. No. Ranbir is running in the race alone as far as his contemporaries are concerned. The gap is so huge in box office results and talent that it looks near impossible that any of the others can even get close.
Q. Why are nearly all major film’s hit today when a 3 years back it was just hand full of hits and mainly flops.
A. There are more hits today as business has seen good growth over last few years but not all major film’s a hit. Makers do a good job with perception today and media does not really know so you have film’s that are not real hits clubbed with real hits. This year there will probably be around 15 hit films.
