We’ve been seeing a lot of Tom Cruise recently thanks to his action-packed homicide investigation movie “Jack Reacher”, which is due for release within some weeks. And whether that movie catches your interest or not, he will be yearning for your attention again doing something more than that in his next, like saving the earth.

Only five months away from release Tom Cruise’s next movie “Oblivion”, directed by “Tron: Legacy” director Joseph Kosinski, is kept under utmost secrecy. There had been nothing shown yet to the movie crazy netizens, not even an image. But they are ready to start their promotional bandwagon now, and before the trailer arrives on Sunday, here comes a first look teaser poster of the movie:

Jack Harper (Cruise) is one of the last few drone repairmen stationed on Earth. Part of a massive operation to extract vital resources after decades of war with a terrifying threat known as the Scavs, Jack’s mission is nearly complete. Living and patrolling the breathtaking skies from thousands of feet above, his soaring existence is brought crashing down when he rescues a beautiful stranger (Andrea Riseborough) from a downed spacecraft. Her arrival triggers a chain of events that forces him to question everything he knows and puts the fate of humanity in his hands.

The potential sci-fi blockbuster movie also stars Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Olga Kurylenko, Melissa Leo and Morgan Freeman. The Movie is scheduled for release on April 19, 2013.
