What can Ajay Devgn do now ?
It has been heard that ajay devgn and Viacom18 produced film Son of Sardar(sos) could not even manage 500 single screen in whole India. That 30 cr. budgeted film which is releasing in upcoming Diwali already sold to Eros International by 90 cr. Before hit the theater SOS’s producers managed 60 cr. profit. Following few on my suggestion what Devgn and gang can do to save their Diwali extravaganza.
1. Cast Aamir Khan for another item song. titled: Coo Coo
2.Decleare SOS a blockbuster as it already make 60 cr. profit by broadcasting at Doordarshan.
3. Promote it as a Salman Khan film ( which they r already doin).
4. Sell it to YRF, as they are know to eliminate competetion.
5. Rename Son of sardar as 3 sardars or Ek tha sardar.
6. Release as ‘Jab tak hai son of sardar’ to confuse single screen exhibitors.

Actually it all comes to this- All wrongs and rights that either YRF or ADF did or are will hardly matter to what happens this Diwali.
YRF should not waste energy on trying to clear their name and SOS ppl should not try to play victim, in a bid to counter the YC demise factor (as advised by both their Pr & mktng ppl) .
It all hardly matters to the paying audience, who will not even bother about who was right or wrong.
Instead, let me advise both to go for the jugular via aggressive promos, as that is what will matter.

8 4Ajay Devgn will have the last laugh. As pointed by Tangi bhai, the case suit is a well calculated marketing ploy to play a victim. And if the buzz on twitter is to go by, then the same folks who a week ago were hoping that SOS gets postponed to honor Yash Chopra are now siding with David…..yes ADF has been successful in painting itself as a victim and is now in David’s role comfortably.
One thing that goes with Indians is – whenever it comes between choosing, they back the underdog.
So round 2 here goes to ADF. The only thing that they now need is a good product and not shatter the David story…..baaki juntaa Delhi legi….the way they did to OSO and Golmaal3. -

8 6one week back SOS had a chance of collecting 100-120 crores
Now after the tactics of YRF, SOS is struggling to get even SS. Now SOS has a chance of collecting 50-60 crores.
Two things are clear though:
1. YRF has lost faith in the star power of srk
2. JTHJ is not a well made movie -

Single Screens: 40% JTHJ and 60% SOSBut looks like it will be

Yrf jo uchchal raha hai wo sirf Khan’s ke wajah se. After D3 there is no Khan to save these CHOR’s.
Ajay D should just make sure he releases his Himmatwala, Satyagrah, Singham 2 on the same date of next Yrf releases.
Then we will see how many screens Yrf will get then. Ye ladhai abhi khatam nahi hogi …. abhi to bass shuru hui hai.
