OMG! Oh My God Crosses 72 Crore In Three Weeks-BOI

Boxofficeindia.Com Trade Network

OMG! Oh My has grossed the 72 crore nett mark in three weeks with
another 13 crore nett approx in week three. The three week total
stands at 72.50 crore nett. T he film is being driven by the two big circuits Mumbai and Delhi/UP
which are holding up fantastically. Gujarat is phenomenal as the the
third week business in the circuit is 30% more than the combined
business that Aiyaa, English Vinglish, Bhoot Returns and Makkhi did
in the last week. The week may find it more difficult to hold up like the way it has
been as there is a big release like Student Of The Year but with
business very strong in some markets it should comfortably cross the 80 crore nett mark.

Both films are solo ATBB of respective actors Biggest in the history of indian cinema.Akshay ki aukat nahin hai ATBB dene ki to kuch b bakwas karte ho.

Tango 4 successes in 1994? you mean including average and above averages don’t think it is a big deal when you are doing around 10+ films in one year. Even govinda did it few times another actor who used to do many films in single year.
Anyway nothing against akshay he totally deserves the success he has given HF2 RR and three cheers to him for producing this wonderful film OMG. :)

elaan and yeh dillagi have no records as far as Box office is concerned http://www.boxofficeindia.com/showProd.php?itemCat=200&catName=MTk5NA==

But BOI have missed many films of during 80’s and 90’s.

Rafee I have said successes NOT hit.

If BOI don’t have a record about Elaan & Yeh Dillagi, it is their shortcoming.

    Both were successful films.

In fact, Elaan was Akshay’s comeback film (next after Khiladi), after some setbacks in between.

About Yeh Dillagi Akshay was nominated in the best actor category but lost out to Nana Patekar (Krantiveer).
