Lucky Date For Akshay Kumar
Considering his success with Rowdy Rathore, it seems
Akshay Kumar will have a release every year post-IPL,
a la Salman Khan during Eid. So next year, it will be
Naam Hai Boss, which will release the week after the
last ball of the IPL is bowled. Jointly produced by Cape Of Good Films and Viacom 18 Motion Pictures,
the film will go on the floors on October 20 in Delhi, where some
action sequences will be picturised. The film also features Aditi Rao
Hydari and Shiv Pandit (of Shaitan fame). And now a surprise! In the original South version of the film, the main
hero played by Mammooty (here played by Akshay Kumar) had no
female star opposite him. However, the Hindi remake will have a big
name paired opposite Kumar. She may not play Kumar’s love interest
but the character has been inked in to add a masti element to the film.
