English Vinglish had a 50% approx drop on its 8th day which would have been very good but for the fact it had a low first day. The collections are around 1.15-1.20 crore nett on day eight and should pick up on Saturday and go towards a 5 crore nett weekend. The day 8 figures from some circuits are as follows with first day figures in brackets.
