Robot or 3I. which is the biggest hit of current era in Indian cinema? ett a failure?
ROBOT -
india nett – 186 cr nett after 4 weeks as per BOI
Overseas Gross – 64 cr in first run as per BOI. Overseas Total – 72 cr after latest japan release
3I :
India Nett – 202 cr
Overseas Gross – 120 cr
As per india nett collections, both movies are equally strong thus hard to determine which is bigger hit cosidering only 4 week bo numbers are available for Robot.
Both stands equal.
Overseas performance of 3I is much bigger than any other mainstream Indian cinema release.
Overseas gross provides clear edge to 3I hence it is much bigger hit than Robot.
Distributor share wise -
ROBOT – 125 india distributor share just after 4 weeks
3I – 98 cr.
ROBOT hits hard 3i and leaves 3I behind by big 27 cr margin to emerge biggest hit of indian cinema of this era.
Competition is close and hard to say which is the ultimate winner.
Any other movie stands close? Big answer is no…. Nowhere.
Others are just rat in the skin of tiger. Ek tha tiger. RIP salman. U are no where sallu. Better luck next time

0 1Robot was relesed in multiple languages and NO ONE can debate that 3I is the ultimate grosser interms of worlwide gross.

0 1DS share makes no difference.. Gross Amt is what matters the most… Domestic or WW 3I’s is easily no1.. Robot had no entertainment tax in south where it grossed 70% of it’s collections.. Gross is same everywhere so the correct base is to compare Gross.. So it’s 3I’s all the way that to by a good margin

0 0well thanks for posting this link, for illiterate like me……but this link itself proves how big a hit 3I is and it’s much ahead of robot….robot with all tax reliefs and much bigger release, with multi languages was not able to beat 3I……so conclusion is 3I is winner in all respect…….
