It will be Akshay, not Salman on Eid – OUTIAM2( 8 August 2013 )
Sources indicate that Milan Luthria’s Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai 2,
that has an ensemble starcast headed by Akshay Kumar, is scheduled
to release on Eid 2013.
Obviously, this piece of information has created a buzz because from
2009; Eid has been reserved for Salman Khan, whose films Wanted,
Dabangg, Bodyguard and Ek Tha Tiger released on this occasion and went on to write box office history.
As of now, Salman hasn’t booked Eid for any of his releases and instead
the Akshay-Imran Khan starrer OUATIM 2 has blocked this date in
2013.
When asked whether there was any truth to the news of OUATIM 2
coming on Eid, director Milan Luthria said, “If I am not wrong, this will be Akshay, Imran and my first Eid release. My principal cast play
Muslim characters and I also have Pritam’s mellifluous Sufi score.”

7 9I don’t have any problem and infact I am very happy for Akshay but the problem lies with the cheap producers who for the heck of publicity announces release date just like the other day Naam hai boss… When they announce it then they should not move their dates unless if its the outcome of amicable decisions.
Hell even I want to see how big can he open and how far can he take the movie when he is driving an already established brand OUTIM.

8 0big films to release next year are himmatwala,dhoom3,chennai express,sher khan,kick,outim2,krishh3.himmatwala is coming during IPL and dhoom3 is coming post IPL.both these dates are very good dates but they are not holiday periods so no clash possible.only three big dates remain.eid,diwali and christmas and 5 big films .what i think only 1 salman film will release next yr instead of two.still 4 big films remain.so a clash is guaranteed next year.it might be salman vs akki/salman vs srk/hrithik vs srk/hrithik vs akki or salman vs hrithik.any which way clash hona to pakka hai next year

You guys still didn’t get it this is nothing but just a publicity stunt last it was for naam hai boss after which it suddenly came in the lime light and became discussed film of akshay because f its release on eid and now suddenly its for OUTIM2.Heck even last year this very same film OUTIM2 was announced officially to release on eid 15th august 2012 and even was supposed to clash with ek tha tiger when they annouced the same release date.
Announcing your film to release with salman khan film that also on Eid is a clear big deal.No better way to bring your film straight in the centre of the media and get great publicity through it.
Let any salman khan film gets officially announced on eid and then you will get to see how this film or any other film will disappear from that date.just wait and watch.

11 3Yeah besides that God of breaking opening records, giving consecutive Blockbusters one after another ,consecutive highest grossers that also all SOLO .and for all this I watch all his films in big screen twice at least and you travel 100miles just to see his film that also SOLO..so we are doing more than enough specially you travelling alone 100miles just to see his film signs of a true worshiper.Absolutely great.
