Barfi! Ahead of Don 2 In Gurgaon

Barfi! is ahead of a bigger film like Don 2 in Gurgaon which was the best performing film of 2011 in Gurgaon. It must be noted that Gurgaon is an out performing centre for Barfi! as it has many premium multiplexes. As for 2012 the collections in the first five days are better than all films apart from Ek Tha Tiger and Cocktail. The first four day collections in Gurgaon of Barfi! and Don 2 are as follows.

0This is consistent with what I heard from my folks in Gurgaon. They went to see the 11:30AM show this morning with friends at the local multiplex. It was almost sold out. The audience was a mix of students and families including several elderly couples. Barfi has clicked big time with urban India. I know today is a holiday and that may explain the crowds but this movie will trend well for the next few weeks.
