Raaz 3 First Day Business

Raaz 3 had a very good first day on the strength of business in single screens and multiplexes showing the 3D format doing very well. The business of the 2D version in multiplexes was average.

The first day is around 10.25-10.50 crore nett as per early estimates. It is by far the biggest opening for an Emraan Hashmi solo starrer bettering Jannat 2 by around 25%. All circuits have clocked up good numbers and the opening has ensured its success.

The combination on horror and sex has worked hugely in the films favour that even though the music was not ruling the charts it still managed a very big opening.

    Movie wil be clean hit @ 55 cr..

    Awaarapan[2.5/5] is Costliest Bhatt Movie till date @ 40cr…
    Movie was Bad but Emmy gave 1 of his Career Best Performance in that Movie.

    Raaz3 shud be HIT at 50cr+ vich wud be 5th in a Row[Except Shanghai] for Emmy vich is Great but I don’t want him to do Such Movies again for Now.

    I am Happy with Daayan, Ghanchakkar, Ungli.

      i read mukesh bhatts interview where he said raaz 3 is costliest movie til date..

      Yeah even i remember awarapan was big budget but i dont thnk its budget wil be 40 cr that too in 2007..

      when it released aawarapan was the costilest Bhatt movie…. but it was not 40 cr…. it was around 18 crores

    Emran is giving blockbusters pe blockbusters… He is racing ahead of Ranbir Kapoor who is the only competent actor/star to give tough competition for top 4 superstars. Hell he has more blockbusters then Akshay kumar.
