Ek Tha Tiger Has Big Sunday (21 crs estimates by BOI)
Ek Tha Tiger had a big Sunday as the circuits which did not show much growth on Saturday had a huge upturn on Sunday. The business on Sunday looks in the 21 crore nett region as per early estimates.
The five day extended weekend is in the 94 crore nett region which is 10-11% more than what Bodyguard put up last year around the same time.
The big difference being here is that Eid holiday is still to come while with Bodyguard Eid holiday was its first day. The figure on Monday will be huge as its a national holiday.
The film will collect as a worst case scenario as much as Bodyguard did over in its extended nine day week in six days. Infact its almost certain that the Ek Tha Tiger six day figure will be more than the nine day figure of Bodyguard and the first week may come out in the 135 crore nett region.

sunday is not ett’s 3rd day. its the 5th bday.
the 4 day base is already 75 cr that means 95 gross that means roughly a crore ppl have already been exhausted of the potential audiences.
and boi calls this just big sunday.

1 1dr.nick, Prabhat has only one show for ETT and that is at 3.30pm show..thats it now!
Chtramndir was not full at 12.30pm show..I was there at theaters! Big cinemas was barely 55-60% full for 12.15 show and 10-15% full for 12.45 show.. This is okay…3.15 show is 80-90% full…3.45 show is 15% full. I have just come from these theaters…and today tickets are not sold in black in chitramandir!
Evening onwards it will pick up..bu I dont think it will go past Sunday. I just dont think so! I would love to be proven wrong.

1 1Ek Tha Tiger Monday Occupancy Update. Excellent Start.
Ek Tha Tiger has taken an excellent start at the box office on Monday. Monday being Eid Holiday and being the end of month of Ramzan has done favour to ETT. Public is coming in numbers to the theatres.Occupancy for the Morning and Noon shows are around 60-70% on average across all India. Single Screens have shown huge jump from previous days. Multiplexes occupancy all India is around 60-65% on average. Single Screens have shown occupancy of 70-75%+ all India. Going by the early trend ETT should easily collect more than Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Will it cross the Sunday figure or remain below it is to be seen.
ETT on Sunday has collected around 22 crore nett as per early estimates and data is still complied. If Ek Tha Tiger performs well in Monday evening and night shows huge numbers are on cards, otherwise still collections will be mouth watering for sure.
Circuit wise Details – Delhi Extraordinary better than Sunday. Mumbai is decent with occupancy of 40-50%. Gurgaon is good with 60% occupancy. Northen Belt is very good for today. Mass centres like C.P Berar and C.I is better than previous days.
