Ek Tha Tiger VS Ra.One VS BodyGuard (First Three Days Comparison)
Bodyguard, Ra.One and Ek Tha Tiger, all three have similar holiday releases with 9 days extended week.While opening day numbers of EK Tha Tiger is best among three. But for next two days, its numbers and % drop both are worse than Ra.one and Bodyguard and clear indication of lower appreciation than both movies. Friday numbers of Ra.one was 16.5 Crore while Ek Tha Tiger is at 11.5 Crore says everything. Movie can pickup again on weekend, but doesn’t seems to have longer legs than these two after Monday.

1 3so bodyguard had Holidays on Thursday and Friday can u name the Holiday which was on Friday (2 nd September,2011) because i can’t Remember any 1
and Secondly….the holiday on Thursday was only limited to Mumbai circuit not in other parts of India as far as i can Remember-

If you are from India then you should be aware that Diwali is celebreted for 3-4 days in India.Lakshmipooja is the first day and next 2-3 days most people have holidays.

but there is a HOLIDAY from Second Day to Diwali….as it is Bhaiya Dhuj That to is Celebrated mostly in North India not in South and East India …thus its a Partial Holiday…..

From 100% collections till 1PM…the occupancies fell to 40%. Due to Diwali Celebrations..(Hindu Population is 80%).
Had it been some other holiday..Ra.one was heading 25cr ..Undoubtedly..
that means..second day instead of 22.8..would have been..19-20..and third day still 16.5cr.
Making 3 Day..above 60cr.Its a logical fact.

Same way, Ready’s Success also shws that Non-Holiday does Not Dent a Big Superstar Movie much…
