We already know that Salman Khan and ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif get along like a house on fire, that he’s protective verging on possessive about her, that she’s considered a part of the Khan family and counts Salman’s sisters Alvira and Arpita among her inner circle of friends.

We also know that Salman and Katrina had a showdown of sorts while filming Ek Tha Tiger, which opened to packed houses yesterday, when Salman objected in no uncertain terms to a rather skimpy outfit Katrina was required to wear for a scene, leading to a tearful Kat locking herself into her make up van. An incident that Salman explained away by telling NDTV, “You’re working with me, you’re my leading lady, clothes is something you can see what’s looking good or not looking good, it will give you bad image or not… sometimes your blouse is low, sometimes the colour is not correct. So you tell that person go change, it’s not looking good.”

And we know that Salman often makes public jokes at Katrina’s expense, jokes that seem to make her uncomfortable or leave her floundering for words. Like when he said at a press conference:

“According to me, I dance much better than Katrina. I have been dancing for many years now. I have clearly overshadowed her in the song. People praise her and she is happy with that, but my dancing is very cool.”

But was any of this past friction evident when Salman and Katrina dropped by the sets of dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5? No, it was not. The two co-stars and former lovebirds seemed more than happy to be in each other’s company.

And these pictures below will show you just how happy. Salman couldn’t keep his hands off Katrina and Katrina couldn’t stop smiling. And while Jhalak Karan Johar is entirely oblivious to all the feel-goodness taking place next to him, it hadn’t passed fellow judge Madhuri Dixit by.
