So here we are in a country of 1.4 billion where the rich go on world tours and the poor still elects anyone with a surname of Gandhi and the middle class which works 9 to 5 while most of their kids either study under peer pressure and the rest try to find ways to pass their time.

Movies as we know are the most famous timepass for Indians, and what better timepass object to be derived from the world of movies, than to idolize someone and then make your pulav over his/her khayaals. So Dharam became Paaji and mausi ne maari bhaanji aur sholay ki ho gayi wah ji…As a kid I use to hear stories about how my parents and grandparents enjoyed the movie experience of Sholay..How My cousins, friends and all major movie buffs of my age use to cherish every viewing of the movie. But now its a different world.. Ab toh sawaal ye hai ki Sholay aakhir kiski movie hai ? Woh din ab duur nahi jab log bolenge Sholay Salman aur Farhan ki movie hai..baap ki jaagir bete hi sambhalenge na…

So lets come back to our Indian post teen kids, middle aged men and aged middle men….It doesn’t matter if they passed their 12th with compartment in mathematics, it doesn’t matter that their calculations at a grocery store suck.. It doesn’t matter if they don’t know how to spell inflation, it doesn’t matter if they never knew what a 10% inflation actually meant…Hell it doesn’t matter the producer of the film came to them and showed them their bank accounts…all they know is ” Ye bhai, baadhshah, khiladi or Ace ki movie hai” and hum box office ke baadshah, zabaan ke dabanngg , swabhaav mei rowdy aur asal mein 3(or 3000) idiots hain.

Gone are those days when we use to get film tickets standing queues, ab toh online ka zamaana hai.. But little did BOOKMYSHOW.COM know that its existence will be used for much more than booking tickets. So people not only book their tickets but also check whether others have book tickets or not and if yes then how many ? (Generation next nahi generation pest)
