Giving details about the opening day, Mr. Girish Johar of Balaji Motion Pictures says, “KYAA SUPER KOOL HAIN HUM has opened to a fantastic response at the box-office. The opening was a staggering 70 percent plus across cinemas in the country. It is poised to be the highest opening day ever in the Ramzaan period. Despite apprehensions by the trade about the release in the lean Ramzaan period, we were super confident about our film and went ahead with our release. And now our faith and confidence has delivered big time.”

He went on to add, “Good content with good marketing and distribution has again worked wonders for us. The response is so good that screens are being added even now.”
