Salman Khan likely to face a jail term for three years!
It seems that one wrong that he committed eons ago has held on to actor Salman Khan’s neck like an albatross leaving no room for him to live in peace.
News has it that the star might have to face a jail term once again for the black-buck shooting case which charged him along with his co-stars like Tabu, Neelam, Sonali Bendre, and Saif Ali Khan during their ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’ shooting days.
Now that the case is being examined by the Rajasthan High Court, sources have reported that the stars who were involved (especially Salman) will be held under Section 51 of Wildlife Act and section 149 of the IPC. Sadly, the fact is that Section 51 of the wildlife Act includes a three year jail term!
And if the court has it way, Salman might have to go through a personal turmoil once again. Well, all we can do is pray for dear Sallu so that he gets out of the problems soon.

As i earlier said being a masala actor raises the BO potential of Salman Khan.
Agar Salman ne Aamir ke jaise TZP,MP,DCH,LAGAAN try kiya to haalat 2000-2008 se bhi kharab ho sakti hai , all Salman can do is masala as that is 100% safe way of getting a Blockbuster esp. for Salman kind of actors with limited expressions/versatality.If you randomly take 9 years , take 2000-2008 of Sallu when he had 0 solo Hit, 13 flops/disaster , and multiple underperformers.
Quality [imdb ] Salman was always below par[but that is expected as Salman is just a masala Box Office friendly actor who dnt take risk with multiple genres due to limited acting skills]On the other hand Aamir’s 1997-2005 era was acc to me[art/cinema lover] was golden era of Aamir[even better thn present era of ATBBs and unparalleled social networking following]
It had Lagaan,DCH kind of 8 pointer classics[which masala actors cant even dream of], Oscar nominated Lagaan[only possible when you are ready to take risks with new scripts] , and Ghulam ,Sarfarosh ,Earth kind of classics.
Special mention:Aamir ddnt give 13 flops/disaster and underperformers like Salman[2000-2008] in that period .

1.First of all there are only 10 underperformers[most of them are flops not even disaster like 7 disaster of Salman along with 6 flops ]
2.There are 3 “8 pointers ” that makes it best period ever “quality wise” for an actor.
3.1992-1994 period belong to initial phase of Aamir in Bollywood. One may argue that he wasnt a huge star thn[say a superstar].
But thr is no reason for disaster phase of Salman 2000-2009].That 2000-2009 phase clearly indicate how heavily Sallu relied on Madhuri[Saajan,HAHK],suraj barjatya[MPK,HAHK] and multistarers[Biwi no.1,HDCK,KKHH,KA,etc] for his fake stardom in 90s.Once he lost thr company/support [barjatya,madhuri,SRK,etc], he was not able to give even a single solo Hit for 8 consecutive years[2000-2008].In 2000 + phase thr was no madhuri, no barjatya family dramas and Salman was over.
Thn came Ghajini and 3 IDIOTS tht completely changed the Box office dynamics:Number of prints , audience,BO potential ,interior markets everything increased and Sallu got an opportunity to make an easy comeback in the post 3 IDIOTS masala weekend era.n

Aamir- He started off on a very high note with QSQT but then had dull periods like 4 years or so after Raja Hindustani and 4 years or so again after Lagaan. He was not even considered a big superstar until Lagaan or then RDB/ghajini. But he has made up for all that with best quality cinema and some of the most memorable movies that will be remembered for ages like RDB/Lagaan/TZP/3i/DCH and some other performance-oriented roles like SMJ/Sarfarosh/Rangeela etc. He is at the peak of his career now. He has memoprable roles like BHUVAN/RANGEELA/DJ/ghajini/ etc etc His work is synonymous with quality and a big huge brand now
KUDOS ACE PERFECTIONISTSalman- He started with a BIG-BANG with MPK but then he had a dull period until HAHK. He also had a very embarrassing decade 2000-2009 marred with so many flops and criminal cases against him. But come 2010 he has revived his career in a MAJOR WAY. That’s the strength only legends are made of. His movies are taking record openings. He himself has never been a profound advocate of quality movies or cinema as such. He will always remain a superstar whether giving flops or not. I am seriously not happy with Being Human though, ISLAM says charity dikhakar kee jaaye toh wo charity nahi. Still charity ho to rahi hai shukr hai. He also has memorable performances like PREM /RADHEY / CHULBUL / TIGER/ ARJUN
and now he is doing great and a HUGE BRAND now..KUDOS SABKA BHAIJAANSRK- He started with a bang too and has been by far more consistent, more successful and a far bigger star than both the above for majority of his career. Never has seen a dull period. The thing is he is super-intelligent and smart. He’s like some great indian dream as an outsider in the industry. He knows what to say what to do at the right time. He’s a global figure, a very huge brand and enterpreneur. He is the only one along with aamir who has evolved as an actor in 2000′s and the choice of movies but in that quality department he’s still behind aamir. He has memorable roles in RAJ / KABIR / MOHAN / RIZWAN / DEVDAS etc etc though he has been stereotyped for long as romantic hero. But now his brand has taken a beating in the past 2-3 years maybe due to salman-aamir movies doing much bigger than his, then a slew of big controversies and ra1 getting thrashed by media n ppl alike etc. But again he’s too smart to be bogged down and will do some superhit movies

Court announced its judgement in 2006-2007 when Salman was found guilty in Chinkara case. He is out on bail but tht dnt make him innocent.
Appeal ki hai innocent prove nahi hua.

1 0@delight : I am more concerned about that drunk driving and killing case. That’s really really serious. IF that one’s really true and he’s been hiding that for so long, then that’s a shame. Even if aamir or srk (i admire both) or even a common man would have done a hit-n -run that too under the influence of alcohol, I would like capital punishment for such a bad person.
Hope Salman didn’t commit that one.
