NG LAUNCH: MODERATION AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Dear NG Members,
Henceforth, all moderation questions/concerns and technical support must be logged without our ticket system. Emails will be replied with a 24 hour window in most cases. No personal emails will be responded too.
The NG ticket system is on the top of the page, in the yellow bar.
We will have a staff of NG members replying to all queries. The list of members is confidential.
Also, moderation will be anonymous now. If mods step in a post, they will be doing so under the mods badge, a separate ID and email address.
