Salman Khan was in Dubai for the launch of his merchandise of his charitable cloth line Being Human. During the press conference in Dubai the actor was asked about Aamir Khan and his first television show, Satyamev Jayate. And the actor couldn’t stop praising his friend.

Salman appreciates Aamir’s issue-based show and feels that it can bring change in society. “I am proud of Aamir. He is doing the best job through his show”, said Salman when asked about Aamir Khan’s show.

After watching yesterday’s episode which was about domestic violence, Salman praised Aamir. “Wah yaar Aamir Ahan, teeluu (Aamir’s character name in Andaz Apna Apna) ne toh kamaal kar dikha ya, yaar ab jisko hindi nahi aati vo zara pls isko translate karva lena, Thank you,” wrote Salman on his micro blogging site.

Salman and Aamir are good friends and appreciate each other for their work. It can be recalled that Aamir spoke about Salman’s show Dus Ka Dum during the press conference of Satyamev Jayate.

Mumbai: Friendship in Bollywood is not a myth as people would blindly swear by the bond that Salman and Aamir share. The two Khans, who have worked together in only one film – ‘Andaaz Apna Apna’, have remained thick friends for long.

“Wah yaar amirkhan , teeluu ne toh kamaal kar dikha ya , yaar ab jisko hindi nahi aati vo zara pls isko translate karva lena, thank u (sic),” Salman tweeted.

Salman seems to be referring to Aamir as ‘Teelu’ in his tweet. ‘Teelu’ was the pet name given to Aamir’s character Amar in ‘Andaaz Apna Apna’. And Salman seems have been mighty impressed with Aamir’s TV show ‘Satyamev Jayate’ and its seventh episode, which spoke about domestic violence and the plight of women.
