11 1I agree that sallu was not as big in 2000 period compared to 90s, in fact even in his biggest hits last decade the few he had, the co-star stole credit like akki in MSK, Govinda in Partner and Anil and fardeen in No Entry (he was only there for less than 50 minutes. Akki’s bad phase only started this decade in 2011, which is not even end of decade, don’t forget he gave hit which released less than 2 years which is nothing compared to sallu who went 5 successive period without a hit.

5 7This trailer somehow disappointed me…Nothing bad as such but was eagerly awaiting the Action star Akshay return to his old forte…This is something what salman is doing copying mindless south indian action comedy movies and making them blockbusters….Where is Akshay of Khiladi series and Mohra…where is his signature flying kicks….Anyways this is story of bollywood nowadays , This looks like blockbuster for sure but so was ready and bodyguard…

TO express ones view of liking or disliking a promo cant be hater, unless you are a school kid? who never studied meaning of hate?
I guess you havnt seen the movies of Akshay like Mohra, or even for that matter Khiladiyon ka Khiladi, or International Khiladi, those were akshay kumar movies, i grew up on.
Just because school boy someone dislikes a trailer to term them hater, is something very uneducated stuff, so grow up and learn to behave!

3 0Rockey You can’t say having paresh makes the film a multistarer, he’s in the same breath as character artist anupan kher, amrish puri, jhonny lever, boman irani who play dad, grandad, villain and a comedian, if that logic is to be accepted then no heroes have had a solo hit because of having kheri, rawal, amrish puri. In fact paresh did not feature in 1st hera pheri poster because suniel and akki were the considered as heroes. also waqt was hardly multistarer, amitabh playing akki’s father.

That has to be the most stupidest and untrue statement. akki did not get credit?? what your smoking, Welcome is the film that took akki to the top that year, and he got the most credit for it’s box office performance than anyone. nana anil can eat of the superstars in acting, but akki was the conventional hero in welcome.

Add Akki’s ugly hair style, Moustache and Pathetic dialouge delivery. Who had thought that my second fav Action hero Akki,after Sunny Paaji, will follow Salman khan and fell flat. Rather seeing RR i will watch ‘Sanik’ anyday for those flying kicks.

Opening post IPL will be huge.-the story looks thrilling and pacy, shud cross AP and Ready wid ease.

It’s really funny seeing Salman Khan fans bash RR, because is definitely a Sallu kind of a film.
The only thing that disappointed me was Akshay’s dialogue delivery, for a second I thought KRK was delivering dialogues (no biasness going on).

Well, before Akki fans start gunning for my head, that was just abt this trailer not the movie … and I have seen the original movie, so I know what is there in store … here only little glimpses of Akshay running in narrow mountain lanes, wait when later trailer reveals the villain, his den and scenes there, they will raise the hype again
