for all akshay kumar fans this shud be an eye opener.housefull 2 is round the corner and even rowdy rathore is releasing soon but there is hardly anyting happening on NG. That clearly shows nobody cares for akshay, exceept tashan off course. now compare that with the mayhem around ra1 and don 2 release and the bodyguard/ready time wars and yu would know where aksha, and even aamir stand in comparson with salman and srk. i have always maitained its salman at no 1 and srk being a close competitor and this more tha proves it.

why Akki can’t?
[infact akki is in better position, just 3 bad/average years unlike Sallu who had an awful and embarassing 2000-mid 2009 period full of flop/ disaster movies, breakups and court cases(in jail for few days)].
For significant period last decade Sallu wasnt even in top 10, and look where he is now [thanks to weekend era].Masala , comedy genre,some fan following gained in pre-2000 period and weekend era helped Sallu to make a comeback [even after working in mediocre movies].
Housefull 2 ‘ll b HIT for sure.
Nowadays,all you need is few well known names,hype and entertainment factor.

Wanted & Dabangg were not freaking ‘weak’ movies.
Salman gave an all time best performance in d former and a character of iconic status in the latter.
Wanted as a movie also was too good.BG was avg movie and not crap…Ready is d only one vich sucked big time along wid London Dreams.
Even Veer is highly undrrated and unnecesarrily thrashd movie…It was a nice watch and truly deservd more @ the BO.
