    the scree release number r too much i think it dosent matter if content is not gud than nothing can save crossed finger hope for best.

    Very huge release and with these kind of screens anything below 15cr will be totally disapointed .

    Why are fans happy with more and more screens?, its all about the movie content.(as in entertainment).

    Also bigger release gives better opening but doesn’t guarantee that overall business will be more.

    It helps in collections if the movie is not liked like Ra.one,TMK etc.

    Lets hope the content is decent, and rest will be taken care of.

    @Doga – Because here Fanatics are more concerned with the opening records their Fav gets.. I think the only record one must aim is d lifetime record… But here fanatics are more concerned with the opening day n weekend records.. Bas 100cr hojaye, picture kitna bhi ghatiya kyoun nah ho :P

    If it collects less than 200cr then its a big let down :(

    If it collects less than 150cr then Akshay should be stripped naked.

    If it collects less than 100cr then he should be kicked out of bollywood.

    If it is less than any of the predicted numbers then YOU ARE MY HERO, HAAN HERO…. :P

    Contrary to what a lot of people are predicting this movie might do much more than 100!! At a screen count this huge, business would be humongous!!

    D obssesion wid opening weekend,day is mindless & purely blind fanatism.

    Its d lifetime nett and d final BO verdict vich is held in high esteem in the end and is the one dat counts d most.

    Paan Singh Tomar & Agent Vinod are two glaring and beautiful(and recent) examples.

    I am still holding to my arnd 85cr+ nett.

    But due to such a HUGE RELEASE, if it dose arnd 85-90cr it will be an underperformer but will be a clean success due to its budget(a trick vich RA.One missed even though it was 118cr at the BO).

      It was 115 cr in Hindi version. And the dubbed (Tamil and Telugu) versions for first week were 6 cr. After that, as expected, it had huge fall. A best-case scenario would be 123 cr for all versions (net) in India.

    Dis news abt such a Huge release has just come abt yesterday…

    I wud like to see how Doga,BOI,Taran,Komal etc. react to it and how dis changes the Economics and BO for Housefull 2.

    4000 screens in earth shatteringly Huge Release.

    The WOM is bound to be mixed and extremely negative also…But a strong BO number wud turn the game.

    Interesting times ahead dis week(for Akki haters,fanatics & genuine fans/supporters).

    its 3200 in india and 800 overseas,,,,,worldwide 4000 screens…
