Duo of 3 Idiots Aamir Khan, Raju Hirani to team up again in upcoming film
Speculations were rife with Aamir Khan and Raju Hirani teaming up again after they made merry at the box office with 3 Idiots in 2009. A few days ago, Aamir confirmed being part of an upcoming Raju Hirani film, but didn’t divulge too many details.
Now it’s official though. The film will go on the floors in December this year. And for all those who are dying to know who the female lead will be, then hold your breath; it’s none other than Anushka Sharma – the Band Baaja Baarat girl.
Aamir, at the moment though, is busy with his television debut Satyamev Jayate. His TV outing is his sole priority at the moment.
He has even postponed the release of Talaash to concentrate on Satyamev Jayate.
The Reema Kagti- directed Talaash also stars Kareena Kapoor and Rani Mukerji apart from Aamir and will either release at the end of November or in the first week of December. The actor is expected to start working on Hirani’s project once Talaash is released. His dedication to one particular project at a time is not surprising as he is the ultimate perfectionist.
The audience is eagerly waiting to see Aamir on the big screen after quite a while. Not surprisingly, anticipation over the new project has begun as well. After all 3 Idiots is still fresh in the minds of the audience. Let’s hope the Aamir-Raju reunion lives up to the magic of 3 Idiots.

However I just can’t picture SRK in 3i because Aamir was so good in 3i
At the same time I can’t picture Aamir in Darr because SRK was creepy and brilliant in that role.

Its definately on because Aamir has started training for it and when YRF and Aamir worked last time (Fanaa) they worked quite fast and I’m confident that they can wrap up shooting by Novemeber end.
I really hope Hirani & Aamir team up again for PK.
Dream scenario – Aamir has D3 released in June and PK Xmas – that would be immense
