Till 214/2 in the first innings we were in a wining position, but the thing is the second line are all T20 stars.
I guess once Tendulker, Dravid and Laxman retire we will be the next West Indies (after their stalwarts retired), outside the sub-continent.

Actually, it always seams and swings in Sydney on the opening day, after that it eases out more and more. Fielding first was the obvious decision.
As long as it is ‘let us do something out of the box’, rather than conventional cricket aisa hi hoga. This is test cricket not twenty20.

0 0Phantom I think you are right. Dhoni’s decisions in this series seem to be getting influenced by the loss in the test series against England, but he just seems to end up making even more mistakes. And maybe the gambles are not paying off like they did before. Somewhere the vibe to make a strong effort seems to be missing. I hope complacency has not crept in.

Dhoni’s decisions in this series seem to be getting influenced by the loss in the test series against England.Agree. When you fear to lose you are definatly going to lose. When you are going to draw a match you will lose. Most Imp thing is stay positive. Though it is easier said then done when you were 191 all out and oppostion piled 650 plus.
