Sharad Joshi is supposed to be very good with a native sense of humour. He is among Raju Hirani’s favourite authors.

Sharad Joshi is a famous hindi writer, the classic DD serial Ye Jo Hai Jindagi was written by him. LaptaGanj, presently being aired on Sab TV is also based on his work.
‘Athithi Tum Kab Jaogo’ movie was also based on his novel.

    RAJ,
Me too never missed any Episode of ‘Yeh jo hai Zindagi’.
Really very very good serial it was.
    Also,
Somehow it got the credit it deserved but didn’t get ful credit though.
    Anyway,
Still it reminds me abt my sweet old memories of that time when as a kid i was fond of this serial.

I would like Vishal kind of director to make a film on G. A Kulkarni like storys (a lengendary marathi writer) – dark/bit pessimistic and one which has gripping plot/screenplay – even if we know its all going to end up sad…

I have downloaded all episodes of Ye Jo Hai Jindagi and I watch it when my wife watches melodramatic serials being aired on almost all channels as she has full control on tv remote.
