Bollywood superstars Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan. And, with them, the film industry’s most celebrated filmmaker, Karan Johar, and the Bollywood Badshah’s stylish wife, Gauri Khan. The foursome gave Indians dining at this Japanese restaurant paisa vasool for their meals.
Aamir is in London (then LA, NY, Dubai…) to promote Peepli Live, Shah Rukh is there shooting for his futuristic RA One with Kareena Kapoor, and Karan flew to the UK to spend 20 days with SRK and Gauri and also work on his own script.
What is interesting is that in the midst of all their independent work activities, the superstars found time to break bread together. Aamir invited Karan, SRK and Gauri to a private screening of Peepli Live. SRK didn’t make it but Karan saw the film. After pack-up SRK and Aamir went for dinner, though. Accompanied by Gauri and Karan. A fan of both Khans said, “There were some jokes being cracked over which SRK and Aamir were laughing a lot. Gauri seemed to enjoy herself watching these guys cracking up.â€

i believe that Kjo is really working on a script with both of them in mind..remember he had approached Ranbir for the same..the script will be a full on rom-com…Speculation yet again…!!

I do not see these two superstars in one movie. May be SRK-Akki can be realistic but SRK-Aamir is highly improbable. Not because there is any enmity between them but because there will not be a script which will be acceptable to both.

I agree. SRK-AKKI is quite possible, unfortunately SRK-Amir looks impossible.
Josh was the picture that could have achieved that, but it did not happen. Chandrachur’s ‘righteous kind of role’ was taylor made for Amir. Obviously, if Amir had come on board, the role woulod have got more footage.

If BIG B -VINOD KHANNA/DILIP KUMAR-RAJNKUMAR/DILIP KUMAR-RAAJ KAPOOR is [possible,why isnt SR-AAMIR…we need a balanced script…even AL PACINO-ROBERT DE NIRO WORKED TOGETHER,SO DID NICOLAS CAGE AND TRAVOLTA…It acn happen but then its too difficult,i agree!!

Agree with akshay…3I really touched hearts…watching it for the thid time …the movie is Idiotic in any ways…idealistic…and to be idealistic you need to be idiotic….and nothing great been achieved without being idiotic and idealistic….Barring the Climax scene the entire movie rocked….Hats off to Raj Hirani…Its the magic of his screen play..He created situations ,ups and dowsn in the movie in such a pace that the movie never seemed boring..If Rancho is the lead charachter In the movie,its chatur ramalingam who was the unsund hero of the movie..without tha charachter the movie wobt have been half as good….and finally its the magic of chetan bhagat…..

I would love to see SRK and Aamir in a movie but even I think it looks slightly impossible as the script would have to be really good and should also have proper characters for both for them to accept.
About 3 Idiots, I missed it due to some work but seeing the twitter trending of 3 Idiots, remember the time when that moron Pritish Nandy said something like “Does anyone remember a movie called 3 Idiots which broke records 6 weeks ago?” during MNIK/Sena time? Where is he now…
Good to see that 3 Idiots being liked again. So many haters were like people enjoyed the movie only due to hype then.. This was a test and 3 Idiots passed it with flying colours.

Another thing is if we really measure 3I with masterpieces(The way critics evaluate movie) then probably 3I is nothing but an avg movie but damn it it provided wholesome entertainment…and this counts….But yeah it provided entertainment with taking audinces sensitivies in to consideration…
Looking forward to next movie from Raj Hirani..Hope it comes soon..its immaterial who is the actor will be in that movie…Raj Hirani ..you rock…

Raj truly Hirani has done an amazing job and to me it shows what a good person he is. While I think that Omi was fantastic and revelation I don’t agree that without him movie would not have been half as good. The movie is full of gems and great moments and would not be fair to give more than 50% credit to anyone other than Hirani
About CB I don’t agree at all and having read the book I can say it’s not the magic of the book but of the screenplay
