Ever since Vipul Shah announced the releasing date of AR, there is a lot surrounding the news. AR will now come on 5th nov to battle out with Golmaal3. Akki’s another movie PH is slated to be release on 19th nov.So will they come in span of two weeks?Akki has to think smartly here and Vipul Shah shouldn’t forget what happened with LD last year.
According to me AR should come on 19th nov and PH in 2011 before the WC.                                                                              Â

imo GM3 is a bigger threat than Guzaarish so it should release on 19th nov and if it does then we will have two Ash starrers on the same day

No AR should release in October, theres some space, or else shift it to next year. This one looks expensive, I’d prefer PH to release first because it will be his only non comic movie. If this was srk or amir film, srk and amir would never allow it to happen, akki on the is just over burdening himself with too much biggies in a year, I would rather want hello india releasing with its small budget then having to 2 biggies in 2 weeks. This in turn could affect TMK from doing record breaking business.

yeh i definately agree with other posters. there’s no need to have a clash with another big film. its pointless. I’m sure they can find other dates. i think this trend where a movie is released after a 2week gap is helpful

if it released with a small film then it would of been ok but not with another biggie, PH can release in diwali as the budget will be like HF. safe.

i think some of the producers unnecessarily want to release their movies on diwali which results in a clash.
like last year only atb came out as an abv avg affair.

i think Akshay shouldn’t be greedy. He’s going to have 4 releases this year – isn’t that enough? Also the audience will get bored of seeing him so much this year. It’d be better if he releases his movie on 31st Jan/14th Feb 2011

It hardly matters. Akshay is always on your face throughout the year (how lucky their fans are to have something worthier to talk about) for 3 releases in 2 months is not bad. out of these 3, two are looking blockbuster material.
So Akshay Tsunami is coming this winter along with Aishwarya and Katrina.

Gorilla – Do not insult Khiladi Kumar by comparing him to Aish and Katrina. You are absolutely right about Akshay is always on your face throughout the year. If the movie is good than it will strike cord whether his movie releases after back to back weeks or same week.

but i also think akki should release only 4 movies this year. one of PH and AR have to be shifted or one of them should come in sept.
