AAL IZZZ TOO WELLL!

I am going to be totally unbiased here. No fanboyish stuff. But man, what a movie! I have watched lots of movies in theatres but only few I truly ENJOYED and LOVED! RDB, CDI, Lage Raho Munnabhai are the only 3 Bollywood movies this decade that I found GREAT when I first saw it in theatres. They were like worth 1000 bucks experiences. And now, I can seriously add 3 Idiots to this list. This movie made me LOL so fking hard that my jaws are aching. Also, there were so many scenes that I just wanted to hide somewhere as I didnt want my friends catching me with tears in eyes. Only one man can make such movies, i.e Raj Kumar Hirani, perhaps the King of “feel-good” movies in the world. What a great movie! It had everything I could ask in a film while watching in theatre. The acting, direction, story, etc everything were fking great. Also, the main question, Did Aamir pass off as a student? Fking Yes! Infact, both Madhavan and Aamir were looking so fking young. Amazing performance by one and all. Aamir has perhaps given his Most NATURAL performance this decade and one of his best performances ever! Madhavan and Sharman were plain and simple great. Kareena had less role than these three but she too gave a top notch performance. Boman and other supporting casts too were good. Only guy I found a little OTT was the one who played Chatur – the silencer. He was good but he did go a little OTT at times.

Seriously, when I first saw the trailers of 3 Idiots, I was like WTF? This cant be the movie I have been waiting for such a long time.. Then I saw the second trailer and my hopes were a little raised but I still had doubts such as Aamir not being that good or the movie being too OTT.. but it was great to see that Hirani hid all the magical moments from the promos and gave us such a classic. Hirani deserves an applause for making such an entertaining yet a Great movie. Only he could have made 3 Idiots so great.. Aamir, is like the soul of the movie. It was so great to finally see him perform so fking great! The last performance of his that I truly loved was RDB, after that Fanaa and TZP ones like decent for me, with Ghajini’s performance being pretty good. But this was an excellent performance. Loved him in this one! He breathed life into the character of Rancho! Great performance. And when it comes to other cast, I think Madhavan was the best. The chemistry between the three leads was EXCELLENT!

Rating :- 5/5! Ok, I will try being a little critical and give it a 4.5/5.. – 0.5 for one particular scene which I dont want to reveal now. It was not realistic but nonetheless good. Great movie!

3 Idiots is seriously a GREAT movie and the best movie of 2009. Credit goes to Hirani for directing such a movie, Vidhu for producing it and Aamir and the rest of cast for giving such a great performances!

P.S :- I was thinking it will be only about college and all but this movie was so much more than that..

P.S.S :- There are loads of movies liek Avatar, Nine, Sherlock Holmes, Lovely Bones which people want to watch but do catch 3 Idiots anytime in theatre as it is seriously worth the money and time.
