Kareena and Akshay – both touted by media as top stars of bollywood – have one thing common as 2009 is about to end.
Both the looking for that one ‘elusive’ hit inspite of multiple big releases. While Kareena tried her luck with Akshay, Salman and Saif – nothing worked as KI, MAMK and Kurbaan all floped. Akshay Kumar too had flops left and right with CCTC, Tasveer, KI, Blue.
Now both are looking at DDD and 3I for the last chance of a hit in their prolific 2009 – and both depending on lucky mascots – Aamir and Katrina – to do the trick. And both DDD and 3I are being promoted on bad promos.
Will they get the ‘hit’? Follow the suspense drama as it unfolds in NG.

   Akshay Kumar has hope next year with Action Replay. I think this is his first period piece (60s-70s?). Vipul Shah is directing, but it does not matter how bad London Dreams was, I think this is more close to his heart and ambitious than he possibly thinks at the moment. I think he will bounce back with De Dana Dhan and Action Replay. Although, I must say that he is one of those actors who has given some hardcore high profile duds.

   Kareena…no comments. I think she is totally hyped this year because she will ultimately have 4 releases by year end. With that said, 3I even it is a hit will ride mainly on Aamir
   But movie looks like crap if previews are anything to judge by
