This year is almost at the end. Think about the most important achievements by stars. If it only came down to selecting 1 actor and 1 actress, my choices wouldn’t be that difficult.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan – Became an international star this decade and crossed over with Bride And Prejudice. Her Bollywood influence included Guru, Jodhaa Akbar, Devdas, Dhoom 2, Choker Bali, Raincoat. Won Padmashree this year.

As for actor, I was almost certain to go with Amitabh Bachchan as my choice, but Aamir Khan wins hands down with his Oscar nomination with Lagaan, his successful directorial debut with Tare Zameen Par (this is debatable since Amol Gupte had a lot to do with its success), powerhouse performance in Dil Chahta Hai, and other box office draws. Should not be questioned.

   Welcome to NG MrCool. As far as these top of the decade, star of the decade etc goes everyone has their favs. But I agree with your winners here
