When I assumed the role of a tech moderator at NG at the request of Rohit (and with some reservations), I had additional authority of a moderator. As was apparent during the weekend I have no bandwidth to volunteer my time and fulfill the role of moderator, due to personal and other commitments. So, i have decided to relinquish the role of a moderator effective today and to continue solely in the role of a tech moderator as long as my other commitments permit.
To state the obvious, I did NOT cross any boundaries when I deleted part of a comment (with a reason on the post).
