He has dabbled in acting, production, playback singing and also worked as a television host, but Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan has no plans to direct a film.
“Direction is a very difficult and classified job, which I feel I am incapable of doing. Since I don’t possess the skills to make a film, I would not like to do it. I am happy doing the other things I have been doing,” said Amitabh.
He also refused to be dragged into the controversy relating to an FIR against him and Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh in Kanpur. Amitabh said, “I have nothing to say and I am not concerned. Amar Singhji has already explained.”

On top of that he will need to be ruthless and selfish to take over an ready made potential winner. I do not think he has these qualities as in the past every time he got his fingers burnt, be it politics, be it social service. be it any commercial venture like ABCL or be it friendship. He is a true example of how certain people are born for one specific profession.
