   1. Please fix the “views” counter.
   2. Please allow members to embed video. If not, please consider giving ‘editor’ rights for a selected few. That way when the mods are unavailable, it can be taken care of.

   OK, I’ll repeat my issue from the other thread so it is all in one place:

   “if the comment is short enough to fit completely in the “Recent Comments” view in the sidebar, there is no hyperlink to take one to that comment.”

   FYI — I am using Safari, but I think Chrome-users have also had the same issue.

   Now the site is up and running fast as it should be, please make sure going forward it remains like this(unless for upgrading purposes).

   The site needs to remain fast, thats a pre requisite.

    1. Images and videos in post shouldn’t be displayed in homepage. It takes up a lot of space.

    2. As the number of posts in a day has increased so much, I request you to make the font size of the topics in front page smaller so that more number of topics can be seen without too much of scrolling down.

    Its slow for everyone on any browser. The homepage loads pretty fast but when you try to open any post, it loads really slow

    I ws working on a few things on the database last night — which is why it was slow.

    Has this been fixed? It loads fine for me now.

    Rohit – It is still slow, not as much as last night. I think loading of NG has slowed down, after you enabled new plugins, irrespective of the browser.

    The error message one gets when posting a comment/new post is also due to the failure of few plugins to initialize, IMO. Maybe you can disable all the new plugins and test it out. This might help you to identify the cause.

    That’ll be sad because Sagarika Ghatge checked the site just today (her pics had the most number of hits) and had promised to bring in more VIPs

    We directed Sagarika Ghatge to NG and was very happy to see her pictures (listed under Hit List) getting the highest number of vistors and she had promised to tell about NG to her other collegues, unfortunately, due to technical reasons the Hit List and All Stars will be retired for a while, but don’t worry hum aur Joginder hain abhi to let her know the reason.
