its ok.i did not find lakshya engaging enough.i liked it in parts.It was too slow and boring in second half.

Som – in the book 1001 films to see before you die – the two Hindi films that make it to the list are Deewar and DDLj. Of course several Ray and Ghatak films are on the list. Point is, such lists abound!

Well we can argue over few films inclusion in the list, like you raised question over Pakeezah but having said that it is a pretty nice compilation of some of the greatest works on cinema. We have films of the Rays, the Fellinis, the Kubricks of the world in one list.
