The grapevine has been full of stories that Akshay Kumar is about to sign a record three film deal with Fox Studios over the last few days. The rumoured deal will let Akshay pick the scripts and directors he wants.

The numbers going around for the deal are enormous with rumours suggesting the three film deal being worth anywhere in the range of 80-100 crore for Akshay Kumar.

Fox Studios want to make their presence felt in the Indian market and looking to make three big budget commercial ventures with the Khiladi. Akshay Kumar was also in negotiations with Adlabs in 2006 for a three film deal worth around 35 crore but talks did not materialise into anything concrete.
