My first thoughts are (as they were yesterday) that there has been some comma, full stop goof up.
SRK called Hitler, Napolean and Churchill negative but he speaks about the Prophet and Nelsen Mandela in the same breath, and there is no reasaon for calling the last two negative, especially as he has talked highly of the Prophet many times off late and no sane person will call Mandela negative.

I think it is a baseless allegation. He has not said anything offensive and derogatory about the holy prophet if Islam.

“Though Karan insists it’s humane not a political subject, the fact is My Name is Khan is about Islamic isolation and about one individual Muslim’s fight for his dignity in an increasingly hostile world”
Does sound interesting on paper, It remains to be seen if Karan Johar could offer the required gravitas and depth to the subject. There is always the possibility of becoming “too judgemental” while tackling such sensitive issues.
