B.O. update:- ‘Kal Kissne Dekha’ opens to dull response

The first biggie, the much-publicized KAL KISSNE DEKHA opened to a dull response. Given the tremendous pre-release promotion and also the fact that this was the first biggie to release after a hiatus, the industry people were expecting the film to open to good houses. But the response was ordinary to dull. Let’s hope the film picks up with word of mouth.

Was expecting atleast a average opening(50-60%), oh well, goes on to show that public sab jaanti hai and wont just turn up for anything even if its the first big movie to release in 2-3 months.

    BOXOFFICE INDIA

Summer Season Off To A Poor Start With Kal Kissne Dekha

The first major release after the strike Kal Kissne Dekha opened to poor response this morning all over India. The first shows this morning at multiplexes across the country showed a response of just 15-20%.

The film should improve its business as the day goes along and it will have hit around 60% by the evening shows if it is to make an impact at the box office over the weekend.

Kal Kissne Dekha has been released on 68 cinemas in Mumbai/Thane, 21 cinemas in Delhi City, 36 cinemas in East Punjab. The all India releases is on around 500 cinemas.

The other releases of the week Zor Lagaa Ke… Haiya and Karma Crime Passion Reincarnation were very poor had very limited audiences in the morning shows.
