Even after comments like: “Manyataji takes the decisions in the kitchen.. aaj biryani banegi ya phir kabab or chicken. That’s where she rules. In other matters I decide what’s to be done.”
I doubt the courts can do anything about that, just like they turned a blind eye to lalu-rabri thing.
Sanjay Dutts’ win was not “‘Granted”" nor that of manyatas’
Lucknow is a traditional BJP bastion and the seat is being represented by the Great vajpayee….So the Dutts and SP have some work to do before they win this seat..
I think law should be applied uniformly. If you have been convicted and a higher court has not stayed the judgement then I don’t think accused should be allowed to fight elections.
ps: SC is fighting RTI application on them by CIC in Delhi HC.

Exactly RKS. But it should not be meetha meetha hup aur kadwa kadwa kadwa thoo.
I mean if I do not like X is a great decision but if I adore Y and he/she gets a harsh decision from the courts then courts are biased.

News sources are already painting the story of Manyata Dutt contesting the election from Lucknow. Sanjay will shadow her.
If this happens, she will lose.

No she will not Gorilla.
If Dutt appeals to the Lucknow voters to vote for her, I’ll be surprised if she loses.
