I saw the trailor couple of weeks back…Zen is going to be crying bucket loads somewhere!

It is pretty sad to see this.
Its better to fade away gracefully.
Not everyone is like AB.
And makes you appreciate what he has done and continues to do.

Pretty sickening! Oh well I continue to like the guy from Aradhana!
Is this real? Didn’t realize Khanna was even doing films anymore.
[Am I the only one who thinks his flashback appearance in Aa Ab Laut Chalen was the most bizarro cameo ever?! Hilarious!]

I’d take Rajesh Khanna at his peak (roughly ‘69-’73) over most stars today. He was never a great actor but there was a certain magic to the persona and the films, even if I am not part of that generation that was around to fall in love with Rakesh Khanna. I can only deal with those films as one would an archive but I can ’see’ or understand what made him such an unparalleled (to this day) sensation in so many ways. I very much doubt we will be able to say the same about some our current fads twenty years from now! But of course even Rajesh Khanna has long been completely irrelevant. Even time wasn’t as unkind to him as he himself was!
