    The person who posted this on Youtube says he works for RGV. He also posted this explanation along with the video

    This Promo is Specially released to showcase How Maharashtra is portrayed in the film Sarkar Raj. With the reason that Bachchan’s are being treated as OUTSIDERS and have never done anything for Mumbai or Maharashtra.. This Promo only showcases what they actually feel about the whole issue being exploited by Mr. Raj Thackeray

    Disappointing promo for me. It has basically the same shots we’ve seen in the various other promos.
    I want to see something new!

    This has clearly been made with polemical intent. But remember the second and third previews were quite detailed. They won’t be revealing as much every time.

    Very interesting reasons for posting this short teaser. I cotton to the short new dialogue from Abhishek in the teaser. I thought that was well handled. However I’m in agreement that everything else is the same in the teaser and their needs to be new adverts out for the film. I’m sure there will be.
