Vivek Oberoi demands 3.5 crore

Now Kareena Kapoor and Aishwarya are battling it out for the top slot by signing films at rates like Rs 3.5 crore. But one actors who is trying to compete with the two leading ladies is none other than Vivek Oberoi. The actor who is shooting for Mission Istanbul, a Suniel Shetty production, realized that he ought to be paid more than his current fee of Rs 75 lakhs. But afraid of rubbing his producer on the wrong side, Vivek decided to fire the gun from papa Suresh’s shoulder. While Suniel agreed to round up the amount to Rs 1 crore when Suresh Oberoi spoked to him, what came as a completely shocker to him was when the Sr Oberoi quoted an amount of Rs 3.5 crore. Now while there are no prices for guessing what was the final conclusion, what is really worth talking about is Vivek’s handling of the entire issue. While he went ahead an calmly apologized to Suniel for bringing up the matter, he added that he actually had no clue what amount the Sr Oberoi had in mind. Now, who’s buying that?
