“…. Mr.Jayshah ahas doubts about it and Mr.satyam and Mr.akshayshah follow suit. what is that supposed to mean. Does that mean Taran Adarsh’s centre-wise totals are reliable and his all-India total on IFM is not?”

SP- You have a very valid point here. But its lost often amidst those abuses.

yesh Texas.. tht’s a very basic question on teh matter.. a very simple one and jay (and his partner satyam.. alongwith IBOS) just don’t wanna answer it and dodge it every single time it is posed to them.

Why is the city-wise collections Mr. taran posts on IFM website reliable and the curcuit-wise or All-India total he posts on the same site not reliable?

Make note.. I am not talking about UTV’s claims on its website or that of ADLABS and their company journal, but the figures Taran Adrash has confirmed and posted on the IFM wesbite, the same source (the website) Mr.Jayshah gets his city-wise (cntre-wise) collections and uses them to come with 20 cr opening week total for Guru or 73 cr final total for an OSO.

And yes.. for the millinth time (in case mr.Satyam mentions it again), VZ’ s dubious 36cr total on the YRF site that remained the same in the 4th week as it did in the 6th week, was never confirmed by any other source, never quoted at any other place by any trade analyst and wasn’t mentioned on IFM, Trade Guide, Film Info or any such place. Mr. Satyam has been using it for the past 3+ years to put down BOI (and jay’s been doing the same for the past year or so) just like the IBOS guy was trying to use a 22 cr Devdas figure quoted by Komal Nahata on some website to prove that the film were a flop… only to later be revealed that the 22 cr figure Nahta had mentioned was the distributers share (profit) in India and not the total net gross of the the film, which was more like 32-35 cr.

btw..after much of a the ridicule the IBOS got when the truth about that Devdas figure came into light, he shamelessly changed his 25 cr total for that movie to 30 cr.
