17 November 2007 (Sawf News) – Aamir Khan launched Ted Lapidus store at Bandra in Mumbai Friday, November 16.

The store will sell brand’s innovative ready-to-wear line and accessories such as eyewear, watches, belts etc that have helped the brand to grow internationally.

While Aamir’s hairline is receding and his age is showing on his face, he did look slim and relaxed in the tight blue T-shirt and blue jeans.

Aamir continues to stick with the silver hoops in both the ears which to us look incongruous with his age and dignity.

Created in 1951, Ted Lapidus is a renowned name worldwide in fashion and luxury goods, offering a range of designer items for men and women. Founded by Paris based designer Ted Lapidus, the brand became popular with the film stars of the sixties, in particular Brigitte Bardot, John Lennon and the Beatles.

In the seventies the brand entered into fragrances in partnership with L’Oreal and got into licensing stores in other European countries. The brand continues its international development through a strict selection of its products worldwide.
