Plus both Juhi and Bajpai are favourites though I think with THE TRAIN this weekend it won't have much chance at the Boxoffice, and Pankuj Kapur's DHARM seems to be getting all the critical acclaim. I can't wait to see DHARM---Pankuj Kapur is an all-time favourite and IMO one of Hindi cinema's greatest actors! Thanks for the compliment:-) Akkipedia sounds great!:)! If anything this is what both have proven. Though Irrfan is an actor with a tremendous range as compared to kaykay methinks. Irrfan has this knack of 'becoming' the character, which is rare and a sign of great talent. Kk perhaps has not been offered roles of such varying intensity..Time will tell. Two more from the T.V. fraternity who managed to carve a niche but not sustain it were Manoj Bajpai and Ashutosh Rana..both actors with immense potential but who somewhere along the way, got lost. Frankly, nothing Deepa Mehta has made so far as excited me much, and her sensibilities as a filmmaker sometimes is questionable. EARTH is her best film. FIRE I find HIGHLY overrated! Just because the movie was a first for it's kind(dealing with lesbianism) doesn't automatically make it a great movie in my view. BTW did you catch the promos of A MIGHTY HEART with Jolie and Irrfan?
