GADAR 2 to be directed by Guddu Dhanoa

I saw it on a news channel today morning and now it appeared on a website. It seems that Sunny and Zee have lost their brain.

Channel even stated that Sunny is personally recommending Guddu Dhanoa for this sequel. This is stupid…

Who doesn’t remember the blockbuster ’Gadar - Ek Prem Katha’ starring Sunny Deol and Amisha Patel? Now get ready for its sequel!

The production house Zee is planning to make
a sequel to it, once again starring Sunny Deol, but to be directed by Guddu Dhanoa this time instead of Anil Sharma.

The reason for Guddu stepping in shoes of Anil is the fallout between Zee and the latter after the release of the original.

Let’s see if the sequel lives up to the reputation gained by the original which rocked the whole nation. Amisha Patel has had no good movies after this one. Even Deol has had no good time. Lets see what these people get now. Amisha Patel has ben having a starving career after KNPH and this, which was her second movie. Just expecting that Gadar 2 will get her some glory. Gadar was a typical movie where the inter caste love is being portrayed. Unfortunately, in our nation, we are still facing a caste problem. Its not just the division of hindu muslim and christians. There are again 1000s of divisions again in the caste. This is a movie to abolish or at least make people understand the fact that these are all not relevant to our lives. We need to keep moving ahead and not just sit like this worrying about unimportant issues and lay thorns in our own lives

    Agree, hope this and the Ghayal sequel both don’t get made.

    On the other hand, I seriously would love to see Santoshi and Sunny pair up for one last time!

    I am dying to watch this power-combo for many years.

    They may play with Gadar if they can’t avoid but ghayal should be left untouched. Guddu Dhannoa for Ghayal… impossible.

    Can some (Tango) one please explain why he is so generous towards Guddu?

    See Anil is a good maker and started of with movies like Shraddhanjali & Bandhan Kachchey Dhage Ka , but he got success with action, so he stuck with it.

    Yes Shetty he must get this Dhanaoa out of his sytem first up.
